Terms and Conditions

By participating in the NSW State of Origin Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:
    This Promotion is open only to registered hardware store customers located in New South Wales (NSW) who place a minimum qualifying order of $1,500 AUD (excluding GST) of new Trio product lines (to the particular store) between June 1 and June 30, 2025.
    Reorders, previously purchased lines, buy-back agreements, and negotiated orders are excluded and subject to separate review for eligibility.

  2. Promotion Period and Draw Structure:
    The Promotion is divided into four (4) stages:
    • Stage 1: June 1–7
    • Stage 2: June 8–14
    • Stage 3: June 15–21
    • Stage 4: June 22–30
    Each stage’s prize draw will occur only if total NSW Trio sales reach a minimum of $10,000 AUD in that stage. If this target is not met, no draw will be held for that stage.

  3. Prize Details:
    Each eligible draw will award up to two (2) winners a double pass to State of Origin Game III, held at Accor Stadium, Sydney, on July 9, 2025. Prizes are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Not redeemable for cash or other alternatives
    • Subject to availability and event conditions as set by the venue or event organiser

  4. Draw Process and Winner Notification:
    Eligible entries will be entered into a randomised draw conducted by Trio Group Australia Pty Ltd.
    Draws will be conducted no later than June 30, 2025, with all winners publicly announced on July 2, 2025. Winners will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided at time of entry. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Trio reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  5. General Conditions:
    Trio reserves the right to:
    • Verify the eligibility of entries and participants
    • Disqualify incomplete or non-compliant entries
    • Modify, cancel, or suspend the Promotion in part or full due to unforeseen circumstances
    • Substitute the advertised prize for one of equal or greater value if required

  6. Limitation of Liability:
    To the extent permitted by law, Trio and its affiliates are not responsible for:
    • Technical malfunctions, communication failures, or system errors affecting entry or draw
    • Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with the prize or Promotion participation

  7. Privacy:
    Participant information will be collected solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Trio’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Trio using your details to contact you in relation to this Promotion. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
