Trio Australia Freight Policy

We want to make ordering with Trio as simple and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find our freight terms so you always know what to expect.

Standard Orders (Local & Interstate)

  • Orders $200+ (ex. GST): Freight included

  • Orders under $200 (ex. GST): $40 freight charge applies

(This applies to all deliveries within South Australia, including metro areas.)

If your order is under $200, you can:

  • Add a little more to reach the minimum

  • Accept the $40 freight charge

  • Or speak with your Trio representative about other options

  • For orders under min order due to being out of stock, no freight charges apply

Overnight Air Bag Service

Need it fast? We offer overnight delivery by air bag.

Regional areas include all towns outside major capital cities, including Darwin and the NT. If needed, we can provide custom freight quotes.

“Ugly Freight” – Bulky & Heavy Items

Some products are tricky and expensive to transport:

  • Hardaz® Stringers

  • Hardaz® Posts

  • Hardaz® Racks

  • Wire Mesh

  • Mesh Panels

  • Piano Hinges

For these items:

  • Orders $1,500+ (ex. GST): Freight included

  • Orders under $1,500 (ex. GST): You can

    • Increase your order with any Trio products, or

    • Pay the full freight cost (quote provided)

Please note: Even if these items are included in a smaller general order, the “ugly freight” rules still apply.

Ezyas Racks Freight

Ezyas Racks are usually sold on promotion, with freight varying by state and delivery type. 

Freight quote will be obtained once order is picked, customer will be notified of freight charge, before being on charged to the customer.

Freight Policy by Location:

  • Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne: Freight included

  • Other metro cities: Freight quote required

  • All country deliveries: Freight quote required

Large Freight Quotes

If a freight quote from Toll or BEX comes in at over $600, we’ll review it to make sure you’re getting the best possible rate.
