COMPANY HISTORY

Trio Manufacturing Company was formed in 1970 employing a staff of five. Situated at 29 Railway Terrace, Wingfield, Trio produced a small range of security screen hinges. Trio now occupies a modern manufacturing facility at 494 Churchill Rd, Kilburn with a workforce of forty employees.

During 1991, Trio Hinging Australia commissioned the latest hi-technology hinge manufacturing equipment available from Europe. This equipment combined with a dedicated production and management team, has assured that Trio Hinging Australia has become a leader in the field of hinge manufacturing and a major competitor in exporting hinge products world wide.

Trio Hinging Australia is proud to be part of the Australian Manufacturing Industry producing a quality range of hinge products, including architectural stainless steel hinges, heavy duty broad butt hinges, aluminium architectural hinges, continuous hinge, light and narrow builders butt hinges, hirline quick fix hinges, security gate hinges and custom made products to suit any application.

The company purchased RWF Nails in February 1993 to complement and enlarge our manufacturing base. Processes are in place to further expand our Australian market for nails and to gain overseas sales.
